Like Me is a popular youth series on television interspersed with songs.
Like Me in concert is a large live performance at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, where the songs from the series are performed live.
New Solid was asked to be part of the content team. We were responsible for developing the basic decor for the LED screens.
Based on a design created by Painting with Light, we created a 3D version in layers with virtual bulbs and LED lines.
All these layers could be controlled via DMX, allowing the virtual decor to be lit and colored using the lighting console.
In case you were wondering: The background screen was flat. The curvature is a 3D illusion.
